As a Technical leader and Architect, I worked on several java projects implementing micro services, and more recently, event sourcing.

I'm in charge of designing the technical solution and explaining the switch from states based monolith application to distributed & event sourced workflow.

In parallel, I began to work as a "Career Manager" with a 10-15 peoples team.

As a Java expert developer I quickly evolved to a Technical Leader role mentoring several teams in France and also remotely with India.

I also worked as a test coach in a transversal entity to spread and deploy good test methodologies and tools at an enterprise scale.
